At Christchurch Cathedral, we strive to ensure your satisfaction with every purchase. If you are not completely happy with your items, you may return them within 30 days of receipt for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Contact our support team with your order number and the reason for your return to receive a Return Authorization number.

  Prepare the Package

  Ensure the items are in their original condition and packaging, including all tags, and include a copy of your receipt inside the box.

  Ship the Items

  Affix the provided shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location or your local post office.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once we receive and inspect your returned items, we will process your refund or exchange within 5 to 7 business days.
